Social media has become a necessity in today’s business climate. Your business essentially doesn’t exist if there is no Facebook page, Twitter account or a blog. Businesses are utilizing these resources daily in order to attract new business – and keep existing customers.
Many, however, don’t understand to properly use these resources or know the benefits of these tools. Thinking of Facebook as a place where college kids go to spout about the joys of waking up at 2 p.m. isn’t the right mindset in succeeding in the Internet market.
